The Institute for Regulatory Policy Studies at Illinois State University is holding its annual Fall Conference in Springfield on October 22. The theme of this year’s conference is “Energy in Illinois and the Clean Power Plan.”

The conference will focus on three issues: (1) hydraulic fracturing; (2) the Clean Power Plan for Illinois; and (3) policy perspectives on the Clean Power Plan.
