The annual meeting of the MidAmerican Regulatory Conference (MARC) will be held in Bismarck, North Dakota from June 12-15, 2016.  The Illinois Commerce Commission is a member of MARC along with public utility commissions from several Midwestern states.  The North Dakota Public Service Commission is the host of this year’s event.
